Graduate and Post-Bachelor’s Tuition and Fees

Physician Assistant (PA) Program

Students enrolled in the Physician Assistant Program should refer to the PA tuition and fees page.

The information below applies to graduate students enrolled in non-Physician Assistant programs.

Enrollment Status and Financial Aid Eligibility

  • Part-time enrollment: 1-2 courses (3-6 credits per semester)
  • Full-time enrollment: 3 or more courses (9 or more credits per semester)

To be eligible for federal financial aid, graduate students must be enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester.

Health insurance requirement

Massachusetts State Health Insurance Law requires students enrolled in 6 or more credits during the fall or spring semester to maintain minimal medical coverage and obligates universities to enforce this requirement. All students are billed for student medical insurance; however, students may waive this charge by demonstrating comparable medical coverage. Enrollment or waiver completed in the fall semester remains valid for the spring semester.

The enrollment/waiver link will be available in the Student Account Center under Other Services once Fall 2026 bills are released.

The 2026-2027 student health insurance rate is $4,522.00.

For additional details, visit the Immunization & Health Insurance Requirements page.

Assumption University bills students directly, with billing statements available prior to the start of each semester. Students can access their electronic billing statements and make payments through the Student Account Center, located in the student portal at https://my.assumption.edu.

The Student Account Center can be accessed 24/7 and one-time payments are secure and post in real-time. Payments can be made by checking, savings accounts (you will need your bank routing number), and credit card.

Students can grant access to others (such as parents or guardians) by adding them as an Authorized Party within the Student Account Center. Once an Authorized party is added, an email from Nelnet will be sent with instructions to create an online account.

For assistance with the Student Account Center or Authorized Party access, please contact Nelnet at 800-609-8056.
