Facilities Information

For your convenience, the Assumption community can now place maintenance requests through an online form. These non-urgent work orders can also continue to be submitted by contacting the Facilities department at 508-767-7391 and Maint@assumption.edu. Facilities is open Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Examples of important but non-urgent issues include broken blinds, cosmetic repairs, burned-out lights, and building temperature concerns. Response time for these issues may be up to 5 days.

QR codes will be posted in Residential Halls lobbies for convenient self-service request submissions.

For urgent maintenance issues, please contact the Campus Police non-emergency line at 508-767-7225. This includes flooding or significant leakage; overflowing toilets; loss of power, hot water, or heat; any smell of gas; and security issues. These items represent an immediate threat to health or safety, and response time will be within one hour.
