Graduate Student Housing at Assumption

Graduate school is a unique and demanding phase of life, which is why Assumption offers graduate student housing. We understand the importance of a living space that balances peace and focus with community and convenience. Our housing options meet the specific needs of graduate students, offering spaces that prioritize privacy, quiet study areas, and easy access to campus facilities. 

Students have the opportunity to foster connections with fellow graduate students in shared living spaces. The residence hall is equipped with essential amenities, including high-speed internet, study lounges, and communal kitchens, to ensure a seamless living experience.

Six-person apartments with three double rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom

  • Wireless/plug-in internet
  • Use of shared laundry facility*
  • Heat

Application Information

  • Due to limited space, graduate housing is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    • Students interested in living on campus who do not receive housing will be waitlisted.
  • Roommate assignments are randomly assigned by members of the Office of Residential Life based on the pool of applicants.
    • Graduate students enrolled at Assumption may request roommates who are also in graduate programs here.
  • Please email ResLife@assumption.edu with your request to live on campus during your graduate studies in order to apply for graduate housing.
