Welcome to the Grenon School of Business Full-time Accelerated MBA general management track! Our accelerated program is designed to be completed in 12-14 months and is tailored for recent college graduates eager to launch their careers with an MBA.

Our program includes practicums and internships to help you gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills you will need to succeed and make a difference in the business world. At the core of our program is a belief that value-based and responsible leadership is just as important as business skills. While our comprehensive curriculum will help you develop expertise in the various functions of an organization, you will also learn how an organization can create value for all its stakeholders. Our faculty are experienced teachers and seasoned professionals who bring real-world experience to the classroom. By joining our full-time accelerated MBA program, you will become part of a community of peers, faculty, and staff who will support and challenge you. Program Curriculum

    MBA 562 FOUNDATIONS OF MARKETING:

    Designed to develop the knowledge and skills needed to understand the role of marketing within the framework of an organization.

    MBA 563 FINANCE FOR MANAGERS:

    Provides students with the fundamentals in business finance and economics so they are fully prepared for more advanced topics in the MBA program.

    MBA 564 DECISION ANALYTICS:

    Students will gain knowledge of theory and practical applications of decision analysis. Using cases, students will identify pertinent information, perform analysis using key tools including analytical software, and develop effective solutions supported by data.

    MBA 565 FOUNDATIONS OF ACCOUNTING:

    Examines the principles and practices of external financial reporting, with particular emphasis on balance sheet valuations and their relationship to income determination.

Assumption undergraduate students:

You can apply to the MBA program during the spring of your junior year and receive permission to take 2 MBA courses during senior year, preferably one during the fall and one during the spring. But, it is possible to take both during the spring semester. Special Fast Track Consideration for Assumption students: If your GPA is a 3.2 or above, then you just need to complete the online application and request that your transcript be sent to the Graduate Office. Once they receive the transcript and confirm your GPA, they will waive all of the other application requirements (resume, personal statement, and recommendations). Tuition & Financial Aid

Accelerated BA/MBA Dual Degree Program

Apply as a high school senior into the dual degree program with one application and benefit from being considered for a $2,500 Assumption Business Leader Scholarship (per year for 5 years), special programming, and the ability to take up to two MBA courses during your senior year. Graduate Research Symposium

Assumption University Graduate School Annual Symposium showcases research, innovative projects, successful case study, and creative work of graduate students and recent alums from every graduate program. We offer all graduate students in every program an opportunity to present their excellent work on diverse topics.
