Reunion 2025 – celebrating classes ending in “0” and “5” will be held Friday, June 6 – Sunday, June 8, 2025. A schedule of events will be coming soon.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Refunds are unable to be issued after normal online registration closes.
Q. When will I hear all the details of Reunion Weekend?
A. You will receive several messages from Alumni Engagement, regarding registration. Please make sure Assumption has your correct email address. Registration will mid to late April. You will receive a Reunion postcard in the mail prior to this date instructing you how to register online.
Q. What is planned for Reunion Weekend 2025?
A. A tentative schedule will be released in late 2024.
Q. Where do I check-in for Reunion Weekend?
A. Check-in locations and times will be available once the tentative schedule is released.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Parking is available free of charge for alumni. No parking is permitted in indicated handicapped or service areas. You must display handicapped parking permits, if applicable.
Q. Are there special services available for attendees with disabilities?
A. If you or your guest have any special needs (physical and dietary), please notify the Alumni Relations office at 508-767-7223 prior to your arrival.
Q. Will there be child-care available?
A. We do not provide childcare services. Children do not typically attend the late evening events or stay on campus but may enjoy the HoundFest.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Dress for the weekend is casual. During the day/HoundFest many reunioners wear casual weather appropriate attire. Class dinner and event dress is generally slacks for men and casual chic for women.
Q. What should I bring?
A. All you really need is…
– If you are staying on campus in one of the suites, there are refrigerators in the Living Learning Center – if you wish to stock it with some snacks and beverages. (Please note: There are no TVs, coffeemakers, toasters or toaster ovens).
– Class of 2020 in West Hall need to bring their own bedding. Class of 1975-2015 will be provided with linens and pillows for their rooms in the Living Learning Center.
Q. Why should I sign up early?
A. We encourage you to sign-up early, especially if you plan to stay on-campus. Campus housing fills up quickly. Details are abundant in planning these types of events. In order for us to continue to making Reunion as cost efficient as possible, the caterers and building supervisors need final numbers as early as possible. Please help us by getting your reservations in early. Thank you!

Q. What is there to do around Worcester?
A. There are a number of great things to do in Worcester, including golf, museums, theatre, etc.
Visit www.centralmass.org for a complete listing.
Q. Is Wi-Fi available on campus?
A. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Please use the AUGuest network to log onto Wi-Fi while on campus. No password is required.
Q. Will my cell phone work on campus?
A. The College has T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T towers; other service may be limited.
Q. What is the Reunion Class Gift?
A. When a class celebrates a reunion, classmates are encouraged to participate in the Reunion Class Gift (The Assumption Fund or a class specific project). Reunion classes strive for 40-50% class participation – some come in even higher! Current donors are encouraged to consider increasing their annual gift. Alumni who are not annual donors are asked to participate with a gift of any size to increase the participation level. The goal is to present the University with a Reunion Class Gift that reflects the enthusiasm of the class and their affection for Assumption.
There can be tax advantages to making donations of appreciated securities, and corporate matching gifts count toward your class gift. This can be an easy way to double, or even triple, the impact of your gift.
Every gift – no matter what size – counts toward class participation!
Q. Where do I stay on campus?
Classes of 1975-2015
Housing for these classes is available in the Living/Learning Center. The LLC is air-conditioned, suite-style, two bed-room, private-bath accommodation. Four people per suite; linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. Please send names of requested roommates with paid reservation.
If no request is received, a roommate will be assigned.
Class of 2020
Housing for the 5th Reunion class will be available in West Hall. Four roommates per suite. Please send names of requested roommates with paid reservation. If no request is received, a roommate will be assigned. Please bring your own linens, towels, and pillows. We do NOT provide them in West Hall.
Q. Are there area hotels available?
Limited room blocks will be reserved at several hotels. Please refer to the Reunion accommodations information for hotel blocks.
Q. Where do I return my on campus housing keys?
Students will be located in the lobby of the Living Learning Center and West Hall to collect keys starting at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. You must be checked out of your room and have your keys returned by 11:00 a.m. If you are leaving Saturday, please return your keys to the reunion check-in desk in the Tsotsis Family Academic Center by noon. If you need to leave before 8:00 a.m. on either day, please drop your keys at Public Safety, located in Kennedy Hall.
*KEYS: It is imperative that all keys are returned. There will be a $100 charge per lost set.*
