Grenon School of Business

Welcome to the Grenon School of Business and a wonderful future. Choose one of our nine majors and explore our nine minors. Consider our new major in finance and access our Lagarce Trading Room equipped with Bloomberg terminals.

In the Grenon School, you will work with faculty who bring practical business experience to your classroom and you will discover a supportive learning community. We encourage you to seek internships and experiential learning opportunities to advance and focus your education. You will learn the writing and presentation competencies necessary for a successful transition from the academic to the professional world. Assumption’s emphasis on Catholic liberal education embodied in the liberal arts and sciences Core will contribute to your growth in critical intelligence, thoughtful citizenship and compassionate service.

Experiential learning is part of the core mission at the Grenon School of Business.

In my Business Strategy course, students partnered with a local entrepreneur to develop a start-up. Students identified target markets, conducted product concept testing and created a marketing plan for HoverHandle, LLC, whose product is a steerable handle for hoverboards.
