Dr. Laura Nicole Miller is an assistant professor in the Grenon School of Business at Assumption University, where she teaches courses in organizational communication, leadership, and marketing. Before joining academia, she spent more than a decade leading marketing and communications at EdTech startups, eventually serving as vice president of marketing and communications for three companies. Her research focuses on how communication practices shape leadership, inclusion, and long-term career success, and she is especially interested in how organizations can create healthier, more resilient workplaces.
