Han Liu, PhD

Dr. Han Liu is an assistant professor in the Grenon School of Business at Assumption University, where she teaches courses in organizational behavior and strategic leadership. Before she joined the Grenon School of Business, she worked as a leadership development consultant, leadership coach and group dynamics consultant for more than 10 years. Dr. Liu was also the Co-founder and principal group dynamics consultant of Group Relations China, an organization focusing on the education, training and development of trainers, managers, psychologists and psychiatrists in the understanding and application of a system psychodynamics approach to their professional work experiences. Her research focuses are Identity, Coaching, and Leadership.
