Homecoming and Family Weekend 2026

This year, Family Weekend will be held alongside Homecoming Weekend, on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4.

Throughout the weekend, there will be a variety of activities around campus for the families of Hound Nation. From fun activities for all ages to thrilling sports games where you can cheer on your Assumption Greyhounds, it will be an exciting weekend. Don’t forget the ever-popular Family BINGO presented by CAB with amazing prizes for everyone.

2026 Schedule for Homecoming and Family Weekend

  • Family Weekend Check-In | 10:00 a.m. | Hagan Campus Center

    Welcome packet and full weekend itinerary pickup.

    Honors Induction Ceremony | 10:00 a.m. | La Maison Salon / Auditorium

    Class of 2030 induction ceremony with families.

    Tailgate Lot Opens | 10:00 a.m. | Plourde Parking Lot

    Open strictly to pre-registered tailgate pass holders. Closed containers only; no kegs permitted.

    Football vs. Bentley University | 12:00 p.m. | Brian Kelly ’83 Stadium

    Get ready for a fantastic game day as Assumption Football faces off against Bentley! Kickoff is at noon.

    Senior Class Fundraiser | Midday – 5:00 p.m.

    Duck Day style activities, balloon animals, and raffles.

    Women’s Volleyball vs Saint Michael’s College | 2:00 p.m. | Laska Gymnasium

    Living the Mission: Honoring the Overlooked, Inspiring the Future | 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. | Hagan Campus Center

    The new Living the Mission exhibit honors individuals from Assumption’s past who contributed to our mission in diverse ways and who exemplify our values of faith, friendship, service, and the pursuit of the truth. Explore the exhibit for free.

    Men’s Soccer vs Pace University | 3:30 p.m. | Marois Field

    Family Weekend Bingo  7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. | Campus Ballroom

    Family-friendly bingo with pub food and prizes.

  • Sunday Mass | 10:00 a.m. | Campus Chapel

    Bagels & Brews | Post-Mass

    Coffee, bagels, donuts, and morning community activities.

    Weekend Conclusion | 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

  • Parking Access: General attendee and alumni parking will be directed to open campus lots and front lawn grass parking, with overflow routed to the Testa lot. The Plourde lot is reserved exclusively for registered tailgate ticket holders.

    Campus Shuttle Service: Continuous loop shuttles (four passenger vans) will operate throughout Saturday to assist families and visitors.
