Reunion Accommodations
Registration for on-campus accommodations will open in March 2026.
Please note that off-campus hotel availability in Worcester and the surrounding area may be limited, as the FIFA World Cup is scheduled for the following week.

When will I receive more details about Reunion Weekend?
You will receive a series of emails from the Office of Alumni Engagement with important updates and registration information. Please be sure Assumption has your most up-to-date email address. Registration will open by March 2026.

Why should I register early?
We encourage early registration, especially for those planning to stay on campus, as on-campus housing fills quickly. Early registration also helps the University finalize event logistics and keep Reunion Weekend as cost-effective as possible.
What is planned for Reunion Weekend 2026?
A tentative schedule of events will be available by March 2026. If you have questions in the meantime, please contact alumni@assumption.edu.
Where do I check in for Reunion Weekend?
Check-in will be in Charlie’s in the Hagan Campus Center on Friday June 5 from 4pm-9pm and in the Brian ’83 & Paqui Kelly Atrium in the Tsotsis Family Academic Center on Saturday from 9am until 8pm.
If you are attending the Worcester Red Sox game you DO NOT need to check in prior. Tickets will be emailed to you.
Where will on-campus housing be available?
For alumni from the Classes of 1966–2021, housing is available in the Living Learning Center and West Hall. These air-conditioned, suite-style accommodations include two bedrooms and a private bathroom, housing four guests per suite.
Linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. Roommate requests should be submitted with your paid reservation; otherwise, roommates will be assigned, with efforts made to match by class year.
Are accommodations available for guests with disabilities?
Yes. If you or your guest require special accommodations—physical or dietary—please notify the Office of Alumni Engagement at 508-767-7223 prior to your arrival so we may assist you. Dietary restrictions are collected during the registration process.
Will childcare be available during Reunion Weekend?
Childcare services are not provided. Children typically do not attend late evening events. Please note that minors are not permitted to stay overnight in the residence halls, but are welcome to attend HoundFest on Saturday afternoon.
What should I wear?
Reunion Weekend attire is casual and comfortable.
Class dinners and evening events: slacks or business-casual attire for men; casual chic attire for women
Daytime events and HoundFest: casual, weather-appropriate clothing
What should I bring with me?
You’ll only need a few essentials:
Linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. Many alumni choose to bring extra pillows or blankets for personal comfort.
If staying on campus, suites in the Living Learning Center include a refrigerator should you wish to bring snacks or beverages.
Please note: suites do not include TVs, dishware, silverware, coffeemakers, toasters, or hangers.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available through Friday, May 22.
