Assumption University walking in groups on the Worcester campus.

Welcome to the Division of Student Success at Assumption University.

Understanding the needs of today’s students, the Student Success Division was created in 2018 to integrate student services that promote a thriving environment at Assumption University.

Informed by our Catholic and Augustinian roots, we operate under the premise that each individual has an opportunity to contribute to the vitality of the community. This contribution is valued, as is each individual. The team within Student Success serves as the conduit to inspire a collectively integrated, intentional, and systematic approach to success for all students.

The Division includes the Academic Support Center, the Career Development and Internship Center, the Cross-Cultural Center, the Center for International Student Success and Student Accessibility Services.

The Student Success Suite, located on the third floor of the d’Alzon Library, is also home to the Center for Purpose and Vocation and the D’Amour Center for Teaching Excellence.

This is an exciting time to grow and learn at Assumption. We look forward to working with every student as we grow together.

Success Starts Here.

Warm regards,
Conway Campbell, Sr.
Vice President for Student Success

Student Success Services

Mentor Collective

The Mentor Collective program enhances the student experience by linking them with an alumni or peer mentor with shared interests, backgrounds, academics, and professional aspirations. To get started, students and mentors register and complete an online survey to assess personality and experience.

Academic Support Center

The Academic Support Center (ASC) is a nationally certified peer tutoring center offering undergraduate Assumption students one-on-one and group tutoring included in tuition committed to supporting students in pursuit of their academic potential.

Career Development & Internship Center

The University’s CDIC advisors are available to assist students from the first year through graduation in choosing the academic major and career options that are right for them and ensuring that they have the professional development and networking tools to make those aspirations a reality.

International Student Success Center

Individualized attention is a source of pride for the center, and students can expect a personalized, collaborative approach when engaging with our office. This office oversees several Designated School Officials to provide guidance and support to our international student population. Recognizing the requirements (and complexities) associated with being an international student, the International Student Success Center works diligently to assist and support undergraduate and graduate international students with their transition to Assumption University, American culture, and the maintenance of their F1 visa.
