Stop 1: Welcome to Assumption University!
Our student tour guides have recorded special messages for you to listen to throughout your tour today. Click the video above to hear a welcome message from Cullen.
Stop 2: La Maison Hall and Taylor Dining Hall
Hear more about La Maison Francaise, the original building of the Salisbury Street campus and Taylor Dining Hall, our main dining facility.
Stop 3: Testa Science Center
Hear more about Testa Science Center, a state-of-the-art science facility with fully-equipped laboratories.
Stop 4: Chapel of the Holy Spirit and Tinsley Campus Ministry Center, Information Technology Building, Tsotsis Family Academic Center and piazza
The Chapel of the Holy Spirit and Tinsley Ministry Center provide students diverse opportunities to develop a life that matters through prayer and worship, service and justice, and spiritual growth and development. The IT building is home to classrooms, computer labs and the IT Helpdesk. And the Tsotsis Family Academic Center features 13 high-tech flexible classrooms, seminar rooms, common study spaces, a 400-seat performance hall with a rehearsal room, and ballroom.
Stop 5: Living Learning Center
Hear more about LLC, which features 4-person apartment style living, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two double bedrooms in each apartment. The LLC has central air conditioning, and a common area lounge on each of the five residential floors.
Stop 6: Plough, South and West apartments, Wachusett Hall & Worcester Hall
Hear more about our residential hall options – from six-person apartment style buildings, to four and five-person suites, to triples and quads.
Stop 7: Emmanuel D’Alzon Library, Health Sciences Building
Hear more about The Emmanuel d’Alzon Library, which offers a variety of study spaces and group study rooms as well as the Academic Support Center and Division for Student Success. Next door is Assumption’s newest state-of-the-art three-story Health Sciences building, home to both the nursing and physician assistant studies programs.
Stop 8: Plourde Recreation Center, Multi-sport stadium and athletic fields
Hear more about Assumption’s recreation programs and facilities as well as our Division II athletic programs.
Stop 9: Salisbury Hall
Salisbury Hall or “Sals” is a residential hall housing primarily first and second-year students in triples and quads and is co-ed by floor.
Stop 10: Laska Gymnasium, Hagan Campus Center
Hagan Campus Center is the heartbeat of campus, housing our student club and organization offices, Assumption’s e-sports arena, post office, Dunkin Donuts, Charlie’s Snack bar, and eating areas. Just down the hall is Laska Gymnasium, home to the Assumption Greyhounds men’s and women’s basketball teams and women’s volleyball program.
Stop 11: Kennedy Memorial Hall, Alumni Hall and Desautels Hall
Alumni Hall and Desautels Hall are located in the heart of campus. These residence halls house primarily first-year students in double bedrooms and are co-ed by floor. Directly across the street is Kennedy Memorial Hall, an academic building home to the Department of Education and Department of Psychology.
Stop 12: Founders Hall, DiPasquale Media Center
The DiPasquale Media Center houses Assumption’s television studio, featuring a green screen recording studio and attached editing room. Just across the way is Founders Hall, home to faculty offices from a variety of disciplines.
Stop 13: Admissions House
Visitors to the University are welcomed to the House by undergraduate and graduate admission counselors as well as the office of financial aid. This is often the first stop in a Greyhound’s Assumption experience!
Stop 14: Duck pond
Hear more about a beloved Assumption tradition in which Assumption students and local elementary school children roll out the red carpet to welcome the ducks as they return to campus each spring.

- Chat with an Assumption student. Our student ambassadors love to hear from prospective students to answer their questions! - Meet your personal admission counselor. Your admission counselor is assigned to you based on the geographic location of your high school. He or she will be your contact throughout the admissions process, so reach out today to say hi and ask any questions you may have about the college search process in general, or about Assumption.
