Postal Services

The Assumption University Post Office functions as a full-service United States Postal Station and a Mail Services department.  The post office is located on the first floor of the Hagan Campus Center.

The main purpose of the Assumption University Post Office is to provide timely processing and delivery of U.S. and International mail, Intra-Campus Re-Route mail, and related services. U.S. Mail is received once daily at the Post office.  UPS, Federal Express, DHL, and other packages from other couriers are received at varying times throughout each day.

The Assumption University Post Office staff delivers mail to the campus once a day.  The deliveries are in the morning, and early afternoon.  Student mail is placed in the Post Office boxes located at the Post Office in the Hagan Campus Center, as soon as it has been processed.

The Assumption University Post Office offers most of the services that a regular Post Office offers, including:

  • Stamps
  • Certified Mail
  • Priority Mail
  • Express Mail
  • Media Mail
  • International Mail

Monday-Friday 10:00 A.M. – 4:15 P.M.
Closed Saturday and Sundays

Please Note: The Package Window (only) will be open on the first Saturday of each semester.

  • Last United States Postal Service pick up is 3:30 p.m.
  • Mail to be metered must be in the Post Office by 3:00 p.m. to ensure same day dispach
