Emmanuel d’Alzon Library

The Emmanuel d’Alzon Library is a center of academic life at Assumption.

The Library’s holdings support student course work and research, including access to electronic books, journals, and databases. Library staff members provide a wide range of services for Assumption students, faculty, and staff, from research guidance to borrowing from other libraries to loan of laptops for use in the building. The Library offers a variety of study spaces, including group study rooms.   

Mission Statement

The mission of the Emmanuel d’Alzon Library is to support learning, teaching, and research throughout the Assumption University community by actively encouraging and facilitating use of its services and collections, by providing personalized assistance in the use of library resources, by offering instruction on research strategies and tools, and by presenting academically-oriented programs and events.
