Jennifer Lee (Jen) Shea joined Assumption University as the Director of Stewardship and Communications in November 2025. Jen is a strategic and dynamic marketing, communications, and fundraising professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education. Prior to joining Assumption, Jen led the multi-channel direct marketing program for annual giving at Holy Cross; project managing the College’s Power of Purple Giving Day, and crafting data-driven and donor-centric digital, email, and direct mail campaigns. Previously, Jen held cross-functional roles spanning admissions, operations, alumni relations, and event management at UMass Chan Medical School, the Wisconsin School of Business, and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
