Travel Tuesday: Victoria Williamson ’20

Jun 25, 2019

Victoria Williamson ‘20 a biology major, decided to spend her spring 2019 semester studying abroad in Australia. “I chose Australia because it is right in the Great Barrier Reef, which is the perfect live classroom to study marine biology.” Prior to studying in Australia, Victoria has never traveled outside of the U.S. and was terrified to start her journey. “I’m so glad I stepped outside of my comfort zone to experience a new culture. My advice to anyone thinking about studying abroad is to just go for it! It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity and you’ll meet so many amazing people along the way.”
