Three Assumption Alumni Named to Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty List

The Worcester Business Journal, providing business news for New England’s second-largest city, has released its 2026 40 Under Forty List honoring prominent young professionals in Central Massachusetts. This year, three Assumption alumni have been honored by being named to this list.

Ashley Riley ’10 is a senior wealth advisor at Bartholomew & Co. in Worcester, Massachusetts, leading the firm’s financial planning department. Riley has worked at the company since 2015, seeking a career change after working at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Transplantation Biology Research Center. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Assumption University.

Jamie Conaghan ’08 is the senior vice president of marketing & digital at Main Street Bank in Marlborough, Massachusetts. She has worked at Main Street Bank since 2017, helping to launch new technological innovations (such as a video banking service) and to enhance customer experience. She received her bachelor’s degree in English, business management, and Spanish from Assumption University and her master’s degree in organizational and professional communication from Regis College.
Kate Gallo Megraw ’12 is the chief operating officer & chief information officer at Webster Five Bank in Auburn, Massachusetts. She has served as CIO since 2021 and both COO and CIO since 2025. Previously, she served in senior information technology positions at banks in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Assumption University and her master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
