Stephanie has a BA in Political Science from Virginia Wesleyan, an MS in Higher Education and an EdD in Leadership and Innovation from Purdue Global University. Her doctoral studies focused on the competencies and education required by the business roles of Product Manager and Product Owner. Stephanie worked in Advancement Services at Virginia Wesleyan for 13 years before transitioning to the educational technology sector in 2004. Before coming to Assumption in 2025, she held multiple product development roles building software that supports higher education institutions at Ellucian, Oracle, and Watermark Insights. Stephanie has maintained credentials as a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, and Product Management Professional since 2012. She has consulted for Campus Works and was a contractor with Dynamic Campus. She has a deep knowledge of educational technology, higher education use cases, and the software development lifecycle.
