Ingyu Moon

Adjunct Professor - Social Work


In addition to his work at Assumption University, Dr. Ingyu Moon, Ph.D., LCSW, is Chair of the Department of Social Work and MSW Program Director at Georgian Court University. He has taught BSW and MSW courses in research methods, program evaluation, clinical assessment and diagnosis, and practice with individuals, families, and groups. His professional background includes clinical social work, community mental health, program development, and program evaluation. His research focuses on mental health disparities, social determinants of health, health-related quality of life, and service utilization among immigrant, marginalized, and underserved populations. Dr. Moon earned his Ph.D. in Social Work from Simmons University and his MSW in Mental Health Practice and Policy from Washington University in St. Louis.
