Eric S. Horsfield
Associate Athletic Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Services
Eric works to make sure that the department and institution are following all Conference and NCAA rules. In addition, he helps liaison between the athletic department and other departments on campus to make sure our student-athletes are successful outside their sport. Before Assumption, he was the Assistant Director for Compliance at Brown University and the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at New York Institute of Technology. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Director of NCAA Compliance and Athletic Administration Graduate Assistant at Castleton University.
Eric graduated from Castleton University with an undergraduate degree in Sports Administration in 2015 and earned his Master of Science in Athletic Leadership from Castleton University in 2017. He is currently working on his MBA here at Assumption.

Currently, the DII Chair of the Membership and Awards Committee in the National Association for Athletic Compliance. Additionally, he serves on the D2 NCAA Eligibility Center Advisory Committee.
