Bruce Paolozzi

Bruce Paolozzi, PhD, joined the Office of University Advancement as Major and Planned Giving Officer in December 2025. He also continues his role as an Adjunct Professor of Philosophy, a position he has held at Assumption since 2022, where he teaches Socrates and the Search for Truth and God and the Philosophers.

Bruce brings 15 years of successful higher education fundraising experience, with a strong emphasis on planned giving. Prior to his role at Assumption, he served as Director of Planned Giving at Suffolk University, where he secured significant immediate and deferred gifts and expanded the institution’s legacy society. He previously established the planned giving program at Endicott College and held planned giving positions at Wellesley College, the College of the Holy Cross, and Pomona College.
