Renee Danielle Leavitt ‘20, a political science & theology major spent her spring 2019 semester studying abroad in Ireland through Assumption’s study abroad program. “Being in Ireland really gave me a sense of community. I made some lifelong friends, had experiences abroad that I’ll never forget, and I was able to fully mature as a human being by this truly independent journey. I was able to get great grades, learn a whole new side of Catholicism that Ireland has to offer, and I was able to travel to 11 countries in the midst of it! This was an unbeatable experience in my opinion.”
