Prof. Vaughan Column on Impeachment Published in The Toronto Globe and Mail

The Toronoto Globe and Mail, an international publication that is read by more than 1.5 million, published a column authored by Professor of Political Science and Chair of Assumption's Department of Political Science, Geoffrey Vaughan, D.Phil. In his column, "Impeachment was never meant to be a vote of no confidence," Prof. Vaughn explored the true intentions of the process of impeachment, which he calls "an imperfect instrument."
