Dec. 8, 2020
Assumption University students in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit during a performance of the annual Lessons and Carols.

One of the University’s most cherished holiday traditions is the annual Festival of Lessons and Carol's performance, a service of readings and song that originated in 19th century England and celebrated at Assumption to mark the Advent season.

This year’s Lessons & Carols could not be held due to the pandemic however, we share with you this year, services from the past.

During Lessons and Carols, music is performed by the Assumption University Music Ministry and Readings are proclaimed by various members of the Assumption community.
