Assumption Alumni Named to Local Power Lists

Each year, the Boston Globe names a list of the 50 most influential local leaders in technology and business, including software, AI, robotics, cybersecurity, climate tech, and health tech. One of this year’s Boston Globe Tech Power Players is John Clancy, a member of the Class of 1989.

John Clancy ’89 is the CEO of Bitsight, a cybersecurity company providing security ratings, exposure analysis, and risk management for other companies. He has served as CEO since April 2026. Previously, he served in senior leadership positions at companies such as PSG, Radius, Azuki Systems, and Iron Mountain.
