Alumni Awards

Assumption University presents four Presidential Alumni Awards to outstanding and loyal alumni and/or members of the Assumption community annually. Awards are typically presented to the recipients over Reunion Weekend. It is an honor to recognize and celebrate the commitment, professionalism, and community dedication of our alumni.

Nominations are all awards are open. Nominations must be received by February 15 in order to be considered for current awards cycle. If you wish to nominate someone for more than one award, please complete two separate forms as the criteria and form varies based on the award. Any questions, please email [email protected].

Jack L. Bresciani ’72 Outstanding Alumni Award

Awarded to an alumnus/a who has distinguished themselves by their outstanding dedication and service to Assumption University.

Fr. Louis Dion, A.A. ’35 Outstanding Achievement Award

Awarded to an alumnus/a who has demonstrated exceptional achievement in his/her chosen field or interest. Qualifications sought in candidates may include, but are not limited to, outstanding leadership skills, community service, business accomplishments, preeminence in teaching or research, and/or entrepreneurship. 

Young Alumni Award

Awarded to an alumnus/a who has graduated within the past 10 years and has demonstrated professional and/or civic accomplishments through their career and/or service to their community, as well as a strong devotion to Assumption University.

Honorary Alumni Award

Awarded to non-graduates of Assumption University in recognition of their outstanding devotion and commitment to the University.
