The Foundations Lecture series illuminates the importance of a Catholic liberal arts education, and how understanding the true, the good, and the beautiful is at the heart of an Assumption education. As a part of the Foundations Program, this series brings together faculty from different disciplines to examine and discuss a common idea, showcasing the interconnectedness of knowledge and modeling the virtues of a lifelong curiosity about the world around us. These public discussions highlight the the need and relevance of a Catholic liberal arts education, one rooted in a foundation of shared knowledge and enhanced by specialized study.
