2019/20

Samantha Tepper ’20 and Peter McDonaugh ’19 were married in July 2025, celebrating their special day surrounded by family, friends, and many fellow Assumption alumni.

Hockey Runs in the Family

Greyhound hockey is more than a game for several Assumption families — it’s a lasting tradition. Patrick McKiernan ’27 and Mary McKiernan ’26 are following in the skate marks of their father, Brendan McKiernan ’96, who once wore the blue and white. David Lawler ’26 continues the legacy of his father, Paul Lawler ’91, and Jake DiNapoli ’26 carries forward the tradition started by his father, Ralph DiNapoli ’89.

Fairfield, CT Meetup

Alumni and families came together in Fairfield for a women’s hockey match up between Assumption and Sacred Heart University, organized by Marisa Berti ’15.

The Greyhounds secured a 3–2 victory, clinching the No. 2 seed in the New England Women’s Hockey Alliance playoffs.
