Assumption Ranked a “Best Bang for the Buck” College by Washington Monthly
Washington Monthly has recognized Assumption College in its 2019 College Guide and Rankings in the top half of “America’s Best Bang for the Buck Colleges” in the Northeast region, and in the top third of the “Master’s University” national rankings.
According to Washington Monthly, “America’s Best Bang for the Buck Colleges” is an “exclusive list of schools ranked according to how well they help non-wealthy students attain marketable degrees at affordable prices.” The organization states that its “Master’s University” rankings highlight four-year institutions that award a significant number of master’s degrees and based on each institution’s “contribution to the public good in three broad categories: social mobility, research, and promoting public service.”
