Professor Yorlets has more than a decade of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Her range of experience includes behavioral assessment, development of behavior support plans, development of teaching programs, staff training, and clinical case management. Before coming to Assumption, she taught graduate level courses on single-subject research design and behavioral assessment. Her research interests include stimulus equivalence and derived relations, differential outcomes, and verbal behavior, and she has presented her work at the Association for Behavior Analysis International and the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy annual Consulting and is a doctoral candidate in behavior analysis at Simmons College.
