Jennifer Baublitz is an Assumption College alumna and military spouse of 16 years with a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience in building resilience with military families. After earning her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Resilience from Assumption College in 2016 and leaving a position in public education, Jennifer began her work with this population as the Central Massachusetts Program Manager for Shoulder to Shoulder – a program designed to build resilience among military families through non-clinical in-home support with military-connected peers, case management, community events and psycho-educational programs. Jennifer built invaluable relationships with key stakeholders and families throughout Central Massachusetts and developed programming to meet the specific needs of military families. Currently, Jennifer sits on the advisory board for Care for the Troops – an organization in Ware Massachusetts dedicated to increasing the overall well-being of SMVF and preventing Veteran suicide. She is a Certified Veteran mediator and acts as a Veteran mediation coach with Quabbin Mediation out of Orange, MA.
