Assumption College Recognized Among Best Colleges

Niche best collegeWORCESTER, MA (February 17, 2017)—Assumption College has been recognized as a 2017 Best College by Niche, a website that analyzes public data sets and millions of reviews to produce comprehensive rankings for colleges in a number of categories. The most notable of Assumptions rankings for 2017 include:

  • Top half among Best Colleges in America
  • Top quarter among Best Value Colleges in America
  • Top third for Best Colleges for Education in America
  • Top half among Best Colleges for Psychology in America
  • Top half for Best College Locations in America
  • Top half for Best Small Colleges in America

 

According to the website, Niche has the most comprehensive data available on U.S. schools and neighborhoods and are constantly updating and connecting millions of data points to produce new rankings and insights. Niche uses the “most up-to-date data available from dozens of public data sources including the Department of Education, U.S. Census” and has “gathered over 100 million reviews and survey responses from students, parents, and residents” to help users better understand what a school or neighborhood is really like.
