The Lost Soul of the American Presidency

Stephen Knott, Ph.D. ’79, HD’13, a professor of national security affairs at the United States Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, will discuss his book, The Lost Soul of the American Presidency.
The American presidency is not what it once was. Nor, Steve Knott contends, what it was meant to be. The distinguished presidential scholar documents the devolution of the American presidency from the neutral, unifying office envisioned by the framers of the Constitution into the demagogic, partisan entity of our day.
The program will be facilitated by Christina Graziano, Esq. ’10, of counsel to Ketterer, Browne, and Anderson, LLC.
Q&A session with the speaker immediately following the program.
All are welcome to attend. Free of charge. Registration is required.
