Visit IN DIRETTA DALL’ITALIA: Cooking Class with “Bettina in Cucina”. Get a jump on your Thanksgiving meal planning Italian style! Bettina Balzani, seasoned cook and enthusiastic foodie, will hold a virtual cooking class from her hometown of Cesena, Italy. Bettina will share her recipe for a traditional dessert from her region, “la ciambella romagnola.” Participants are encouraged to register in advance, allowing time to acquire ingredients.
