DESCRIPTION:Join us for the grand opening of “Living the Mission: Honoring the Overlooked\, Inspiring the Future\,” a new exhibit in Pierre’s Pub on Thursday\, October 1 at 11:30 a.m. \nTwo years in the making by faculty\, staff\, and especially students\, this grant-funded exhibit enlivens Assumption’s history by celebrating people who have embodied our mission since 1904 but whose contributions have often been overlooked. The gallery features ten figures from Assumption’s first century\, plus a digital display of more recent honorees. President Weiner will offer remarks\, followed by a celebration with the honorees and their families. \n
