Assumption College HumanArts series presents guitarist Christopher Ladd, from the faculty of Hartt College of Music. This event will take place in the Tsotsis Academic building, Jeanne Y. Curtis Performance Hall, and is free and open to the public.
Assumption College presents guest speaker Lawrence O’Donnell. Lawrence O’Donnell hosts ‘The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell’ on MSNBC. He joined the network as a political analyst in 1996. An Emmy Award-winning executive producer and writer for the NBC series ‘The West Wing,’ Mr. O'Donnell served for several years as a senior aide to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. BIO
The Assumption College Chorale in the first concert of the season will present a concert of varied choral works from traditional to contemporary. The Chorale will be directed by Dr. Michelle Graveline and accompanied by Mr. Brett Maguire. Please join us in the Foyer of the Tsotsis Family Academic Center immediately following the concert for a reception. This concert is free and open to the public.
Assumption College will host the world-renowned Limburg Cathedral Boys Choir of Germany for a concert on Tuesday, October 2 at 7 p.m. in the acclaimed Jeanne Y. Curtis Performance Hall in the College’s Tsotsis Family Academic Center, 500 Salisbury Street, Worcester. The concert is free and the general public is welcome.
The Bach Consort of Worcester-Bach and Vivaldi Concertos
The Assumption College Band under the direction of its conductor, Bruce Hopkins, will perform its first concert of the school year in Jeanne Y. Curtis Performance Hall of the Tsotsis Building. Featured will be works from the concert band repertoire from many different centuries.
Assumption College Student Vocalists and Instrumentalists will present a Recital on Saturday April 28th, 2018 at 3:00PM in Curtis Hall, of the new Tsotsis Family Academic Center. The Recital will be followed by a reception in the lobby of the Tsotsis building. Admission is free and open to the public.
