4 p.m. - The Baccalaureate Mass will be held in the Plourde Recreation Center.
His Excellency, Most Rev. Robert J. McManus, Bishop of Worcester, will preside at this Mass. This religious celebration is open to all graduating students, their families and their guests. There is no limit to the number of people who may attend.
A Reception will follow in the Laska Gymnasium immediately after the Baccalaureate Mass.

Commencement Exercises: DCU Center
Procession begins at 9:40 a.m.; ceremony at 10 a.m.
The College will offer graduating seniors one way transportation from campus to the DCU Center on the morning of graduation. Please see Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
Doors open to the public at 8:30 a.m. Please enter through the Harvard Pilgrim Pavilion at the corner of Foster Street and Major Taylor Boulevard.
Tickets are not required, and there is no limit on the number of guests who may attend.
Academic Regalia (cap and gown)
Students who are candidates for graduation, and have been financially and academically cleared to graduate, may pick up academic regalia (cap and gown) at the Assumption College Bookstore the week prior to commencement. To ensure that the correct size is provided, an online order form will soon be available. If you have questions regarding your academic regalia, please contact the Assumption College Bookstore at 508-767-7249.

Announcements / Invitations
The announcements are not tickets, but a formal written announcement of the impending graduation that may be shared with family and friends. These will be available for purchase at the bookstore.Class Rings

Flowers will be available for purchase at the DCU Center on commencement day prior to the ceremony.
Assumption College has contracted with Commencement Photos, Inc., to take close-up photos of each individual student as the diploma is handed to them. There will be two different photographs taken of each student during the ceremony; one as they receive their diploma (action shot) and one as they exit the stage with diploma in hand (posed shot). Parents, family, and friends will be allowed to take pictures only from the guest seating areas. Commencement Photos, Inc., will contact each student at his/her home address regarding the ordering and purchasing of the photos. Questions? Moving Out of Residence Halls
Students are expected to move out of campus housing by 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, 2017. Staff will be available in each area until then, or students can utilize the express checkout system. All trash must be removed, and all carpeting, floors, appliances, and fixtures should be cleaned. Please contact Residential Life at ext. 7505 with any questions.Frequently Asked Questions
