ORIENTATION
Leadership Opportunities

The Office of Student Activities hires Summer Orientation Leaders (OLs) each year to help incoming students and their parents get familiar with Assumption College. The student leaders are responsible for working Summer & Fall Orientations and making incoming students feel comfortable and good about choosing AC.

OLs must be available for regularly scheduled training sessions during the Spring semester, and must be present during the entire 3 week June Orientation Program 24 hours a day. They must also be available for Fall Orientation prior to the opening of school. OLs must have a 2.5 GPA or above and be in good standing, in matters, relating to student conduct.
Interested persons can pick up an OL application in Student Activities in late January. Group interviews are conducted mid to late February, and decisions are out by early March.
