Minutes for October 29th

- I get to run the meeting since Kela could not be here. Don’t worry, she will be back next week.

Jess Craven, Jenn Clancy, & Kerrin Viveiros- Family Weekend
- This past weekend was Family Weekend.
- We hope that everyone’s enjoyed the weekend with their families.
- Thank you all for a great event. It was a big success and we could not have done it without you.
- We all have the pleasure of having the Cabbie of the Week this week. This weeks COW is Jessica Petrangelo.
- In our last subcommittee, double tear, we will be having a little party to thank everyone for their hard work.
- We hope to see you all at Family Weekend!!

- In the subcommittee, we are brainstorming for Spring Fever even though it is kind of far away.
- We also going to be helping out Britt.

- If you weren’t at Family Weekend, the winner of AC Idol was Meline Vergne-Skelly.
- My next event is Singer/Songwriter Dam Day on Tuesday, November 18th 8pm in Charlie’s.
- Tonight in our subcommittee, we are brainstorming advertising ideas for Adam.
Special Events- Katie Storer
- I have two events coming up in November and December.
- Are YOU Smarter than a Freshman?-this event is based off the game show Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader. It is on Friday, November 14th ay 9pm in Charlie’s. It s a pub night and were are giving away $200 in prizes
- Bingo-Rocking Around the Bingo Tree is Wednesday December 3rd at 8pm in Taylor Dining Hall
- Tonight in the subcommittee, we are going to be brainstorming for these events.

Live @ Charlie’s -Brittany Kindberg
- Thank you for everyone who came to AC Idol on Friday, October 17th at 9pm in Charlie’s. We had a great turn out and it was a great event.
- Tonight in the subcommittee, we are making the Big Check for the AC Idol winner.
- The winner of AC Idol will be decided this Saturday, October 25th 8pm. The two contestants will sing one song before BEATLE Juice goes on, and the audience will decide by ballot. Winner will be announced directly after the performance.
