Kowalczyk, M.Ed.
David
Kowalczyk brings over thirty five years of successful experience
in working with students and job seekers to his position as
Co-Director of the Office of Career Services at Assumption
College.

Kowalczyk has taught a variety of social
studies courses on the high school level including:
- Anthropology
- African History
- Asian History
- Latin American History
- Psychology
- Sociology
- United States History
- World History
During his time in the Chicopee School System,
Kowalczyk earned promotions to the office of Vice Principal
and Assistant Superintendent.
In 1982 Kowalczyk joined the Dunhill Personnel
System and received
professional level training as an Executive Recruiter. The
Dunhill
organization is a highly regarded executive search firm whose
training
brought Kowalczyk in touch with hundreds of business organizations
and key executives.
In 1991, Kowalczyk brought his business
acumen and knowledge of students to Assumption College. Kowalczyk
has steadily enhanced and expanded the recruiting activity
on campus at Assumption College. Kowalczyk has also worked
hard to encourage professional test preparation for students
planning to attend graduate school. Assumption College now
enjoys over one hundred employer visitations to campus during
the academic year. Each year Kowalczyk visits employers in
the field to learn how to help the students adapt to the professional
work experience.
