The fusion of Pilates and Yoga will improve flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, strong and toned abdominals, long and lean muscles, improve balance and enhance relaxation and stress release. With the perfect combination of strength building, rhythmic movement and power created with a foundation in Pilates and Yoga you will not only burn calories but transform the body with regular practice.
PiYo is a wonderfully dynamic and endlessly variable workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are offered so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced. You’ll build strength and flexibility in this fun formatted class.
Day/Times: Tuesday 6:45 AM -7:30 AM
