Cardio Kickboxing Fall 2012
Cardio Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. The main portion of the class combines plyometrics and cardio activity and involves punches, kicks, jabs, crosses and knee strikes. This is a high level fitness class designed for optimal calorie burn and increased core strength. Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Day/Times: Thursday 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM
Location: Plourde Recreation Center– Aerobics Studio
Instructor: Meaghan Calkins
Limit: 30 participants
