The Office of Career Services offers a number of different assessment tests for students to help determine their strengths, interests and career direction. Assumption encourages students to begin this exploration in their first year. The director of the CALL (Career And Lifelong Learning) Program schedules an appointment with each first-year student to make you aware of the resources at your disposal.
The assessment tests, in conjunction with the career information resources found in the Office of Career Services, enable students to refine their individual paths. These tests are available throughout a student’s Assumption College experience.
At any point in time, Assumption students are encouraged to come in and talk with a career counselor to determine which assessment will be most helpful. After the assessment(s) are completed and evaluated, a career counselor will meet with you to go over your profile and help you interpret your scores.
