Her background includes recruitment, programming, and professional development and training talented professionals. She has a master of education degree from Boston University and a bachelor of arts in communication from Boston College.

Nikki DiOrio earned her bachelor of science in finance from The Pennsylvania State University. She comes to Assumption from Liberty Mutual in Boston, where she was associate program manager for human resources development and specialized in management training and professional development. Her background includes university relations, college recruiting and data analytics.

Suellen Lazarek Dean has worked in education for more than 20 years. Lazarek Dean is a graduate of Assumption College, where she earned a bachelor of arts with a double major in psychology and education and a minor in french. She earned her master of arts in counseling psychology from Boston College. Lazarek Dean has written and edited a guide to job hunting (The Job Search Handbook, 1994) that was published by a national outplacement firm as well as co-written a career development textbook (Choreographing Your Career, 2004) used by several private career schools.
