Transcripts
Transcripts are issued by the Office of the Registrar
only upon written request by the student. An “official”
transcript is mailed directly to the institution or
employer designated by the student, or released in a
sealed envelope to the student. It bears the impression
of the College seal and the Registrar’s signature. The
fee is $4.00. An “unofficial” transcript can be sent
directly to the student upon written request.
Currently enrolled students may request their
unofficial transcript at no charge. Transcript request
forms are available in the Registrar’s Office and should
be filled out seven business days prior to the time the
transcript is needed. The fee is $4.00.
