Assumption College to Present Latin American Studies Lecture

Worcester, MA—The Latin American Studies program at Assumption College will present the lecture “The Malinche Paradigm: Performing Gender and Ethnicity in Mexican Culture," by Professor Sandra Messinger Cypess.

Prof. Cypess teaches Latin American Literature and is the chair of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Maryland University. She has published many books of literary criticism, including "La Malinche: From History to Myth."
