Hudgins and McGraw Reading


April 4—The HUMANARTS program presents the husband and wife literary duo of Andrew Hudgins, poet, and Erin McGraw, writer, 7:00 pm in the Salon of La Maison Francaise.

Hudgins is the author of five books of poetry and was a runner-up for the Pulitzer Prize in Poetry for his 1995 poem, The Glass Anvil. His The Never-Ending was also the runner up for the National Book Award in 1991. Hudgins’ work has also appeared in numerous literary journals and reviews ranging from The Atlantic Quarterly to The New Yorker.

Erin McGraw is the author of three books, including the forthcoming novel The Baby Tree. Her stories and essays have appeared in such magazines as The Atlantic Monthly, and The Gettysburg Review, among others. She currently teaches English at Ohio State University.
