Gessner, de Gramont, and Watson Reading

Worcester, MA—The HUMANARTS program presents writers Devid Gessner, Nina de Gramont and Brad Watson to give readings on Wednesday, April 10, 2002 at 7:00 pm in the Salon of La Maison Francaise.

Nina de Gramont’s first short story collection, Of Cats and Men, was published by Random House to positive reviews last summer. She teaches at Harvard Extension School and lives on Cape Cod.

David Gessner, a native of Worcester, has published three books of creative nonfiction: A Wild, Rank Place, Under the Devil’s Thumb, and Return of the Osprey. Gessner also teaches at Harvard Extension School and lives on Cape Cod.

Brad Watson is the author of Last Days of the Dog-Men, which won the Sue Kaufman Prize for First Fiction from the American Academy of Arts and Letters and the New Writers Award from the Great Lakes Colleges Association. He teaches fiction writing at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
