Worcester, MA---On Tuesday, November 28, 2000, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Assumption College's Omicron Delta Kappa (the National Leadership Society) and the Social and Rehabilitation Club will sponsor a display of the "NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt" in the Plourde Recreation Center's gymnasium.
The NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt has become an international symbol in the fight against AIDS. The Quilt is comprised of more than 31,000 panels, each one representing the life and remembrance of an individual who has been a victim of this virus.
