Assumption College to host Annual Rabbi Joseph Klein Lecture

Worcester, MAÑAssumption CollegeÕs annual Rabbi Joseph Klein Lecture will take place this coming Wednesday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m. in Hagan Center Hall. The lecture is open to the public at no charge. This year's speaker is Jon D. Levenson, Albert A. List Professor of Jewish Studies at Harvard Divinity School and Harvard University. The author of numerous articles and several books, among which are "Creation and the Persistence of Evil" and "The Death and Resurrection of the Beloved Son," Professor Levenson will deliver the lecture on the following: "Did God Forgive Adam?: A Comparison of Jewish and Christian Interpretations of Our Common Scripture."
